Mayda Hernandez, Dietetic Intern

Mayda Hernandez is a senior Dietetics student at Rowan University. She is now volunteering with Meals on Wheels of Salem County to help during the early stages of the new partnership with Appel Farm. Mayda is very passionate about the power of food, and she aspires to become a Registered Dietitian to continue to help others make the most out of their nutrition. Having been raised by her grandparents, Mayda has a special place in her heart for older adults. In her free time, she loves to spend time out in the sun, exercise, dance, cook, and talk about all things food.
