Anne Gibson

Anne Gibson celebrated 10 years as a volunteer and delivers the Penn Salem route. We asked her about her volunteer experience and she shared a few comments with us. “I became a volunteer after hearing a friend, Karen Bloomer, talk about her experiences with MOW and the need for more volunteers. I was still teaching but volunteered as a sub during the summer. After I retired from teaching full time, I became a regular. I feel it is a way to help my community, and it only requires a few hours each month.”

Anne, your continued support is greatly appreciated by Meals on Wheels.
