Betsy Davis of Salem is a retired school teacher and decided to join the MOW team after seeing many of her colleagues volunteering to deliver. She witnessed firsthand the benefits of the program by seeing several elderly neighbors and family members who received the meals.
“I love seeing people I know on delivery and also making new acquaintances. Volunteering has always been a big part of my life and I am so glad to include Meals on Wheels.”
