“When I retired last March I was looking for some volunteer work, a few people in my yoga class were or are drivers for MOW and said they liked it so I gave it a try. Jim Davis(current volunteer) is our teacher.

Meals on Wheels was a good fit for me because I enjoy helping people and I was looking for something where I would be out and about, not working in an office.

Unfortunately all my time with MOW has been during Covid so my interaction on my route with the clients is limited, I’m looking forward to when Covid is over and I can get to know the clients better.

Since moving down to Salem County 5 years ago my wife Renee and I have been really enjoying the area and retirement, Renee is also my copilot and navigator for Meals on Wheels.”
